Thank you

Hello, hello!

Amy here with my Tuesday post and that means I have a new card that I've made for 7 Kids Your Crafting Supply Store. This week I inked up another one of the darling Tiny Townie Garden Girls from Stamping Bella. We are coming up on Sweet Pea season so I was inspired to get this cutie colored up and on a card. I colored her flowers and dress just like the Sweet Peas that I remember growing up the side of a small garden shed in my grandmas back yard when I was a child. I used to spend so much time picking those sweet smelling blossoms and making little bouquets. I love how the right stamp can bring back treasured memories... just another reason why this hobby of ours is so wonderful!

Now don't forget that there is still time to enter this month's challenge, Kelly has an awesome $20 gift certificate up for grabs and you could be the lucky winner!
Copic markers:
skin- E50, E21, E13, R00, R20
hair- E31, E23, E57
clothes/flowers- G20, RV52, RV55, RV25, Y04, YG23, YG25, YG17, YG67
ground- E71, E74, E79

Hi Sister

Hello! it is another where is the time goes...what does it feel so fast... ^_^
Anyway i hope you enjoy your weekends.
So here i am Yenni back to you with more cards to share...

Lets' start with the close up
I was a little wild today and colored the image at unusual color choices..i guess i just miss thailand so much. I just came back from my holiday at Thailand and i really love that place so much despite it was pretty hot day. Coconut water keep me hydrate and ready to go for more walk. So when i think of it... i decided to make something with image that has coconut on it... sometimes inspiration comes in weird way right :P.
So here i am picked CC Design Pina Colada and i colored it with copic markers.

And here is the full image of the card...

Also here are some supplies that i use and can be found in the shop :
Dove craft white pearls
White lace
Paper flowers

Hope you like what i made today...let me know please...

Take care

Happy Sunday everyone! It's Rosie here today, but before I get to my card I wanted to remind you that 7 Kids Your Crafting Supply Store is having FREE SHIPPING and a FREE GIFT with a minimum purchase of $30 this Memorial Weekend. FOR USA ORDERS ONLY. Just use code FREE at checkout. :)
My card features a stamp from Neat & Tangled called Say Yes To Donuts. I actually LOVE doughnuts! I'm on a low-carb eating plan and haven't had a doughnut in forever. But yesterday, I gave in to temptation when I went to the doughnut shop for my son and got a double chocolate cake doughnut. Let me tell you it was the best tasting doughnut I've ever had, haha! I don't even have a favorite doughnut...I LOVE them all! I colored this cutie with Copics and then added Ranger Glossy Accents to the pink frosting. It's hard to tell in the photo, but it's shiny!

The doughnut background paper and the larger doughnut clip card came from digital paper files on Etsy. If you want more info on the paper, head over to my blog, Rosemary's Creations. I used the Avery Elle Wonky Stitches to make the pink frame around my image. The ribbon and enamel dots are from my stash.

Don't forget about our current ANYTHNG GOES Challenge right here on the 7 Kids Challenge Blog. You can use any stamp in your stash!! Just click on the link on the right side bar to upload your card for a chance at winning a $20 gift certificate to the store!
Have a great Sunday my friends!

The flower and the bee

Hello friends :)

It's Aleksandra with you today again with some fresh Prima and Finnabair inspiration. Today I decided for a simple mixed media canvas. I was inspired by colors of this month's Prima Moodboard and made this warm, spring almost summer canvas with a gorgeous quote from Prima Rose Quartz collection: The flower doesen't dream of the bee. It blossoms and the bee comes.  I hope you'll like my project. I'll be so happy to hear your thoughts. :)

Big Birthday Wishes

Amy here with my Tuesday post for 7 Kids Your Crafting Supply Store. To be honest, I came into this week not having a solid plan for today's card which is unusual for me. Normally, I've gotten a new stamp or have a technique I want to play with so I know generally what I'm going to do well in advance. This time though, Monday hit and I still had no idea. So I sat down and started flipping through my stamps until this fun Candle Blowing birthday girl from CC Designs caught my eye. I always love the challenge of coloring candle glow and I decided to make it really dramatic by coloring the background dark grey... like all of the lights have been turned off for the song and celebration. So I did that and was happy with how it turned out but she was looking rather lonely all by herself in that dark room so I grabbed the older Surprise! set and stamped in a couple of fellow party goers. By keeping them in grey tones with only touches of candle glow the birthday girl remains the star of the show. Then I found the perfect sentiment in Jessie's new Happy Birthday to You set from Whimsy to pull it all together. I guess the lesson to take away is that sometimes 'winging it' can lead to fun ideas and results!
There is still time to enter this month's challenge. Kelly has an awesome $20 gift certificate up for grabs and you could be the lucky winner so get to creating and join the fun!

You Are Magical and Distressed Background

Happy Saturday! It's Mindy from Paper Creations by Mindy and I'm here  with a super fun distressed background AND .... I have a process video to go with it ! Please excuse my voice in it as I'm just getting over a head cold .

For this background I'm using my Distress Ink Oxides (you can also use regular distress inks) and a ziploc bag! Crazy what we find around the house to use on our projects! I'll have all the supplies listed out below the picture and be sure to check out my video!

I colored up my adorable little unicorn with copic markers and cut it out with my Scan n Cut. I highly recommend getting one of these if you plan on stamping a lot - that is - if you HATE fussy cutting like me ha! I know they are pricey - but totally worth it!

Anywho - I used pop dots for my unicorn for some dimension and the sentiment I stamped straight onto my card. I use the Misti Stamping Tool to do all my stamping. I seriously cannot say enough good things about this tool. I am horrible at lining things up straight or sometimes things don't stamp all the way and good luck trying to line it back up - clear block or not - its a pain. This stamping tool is awesome!

(regular distress inks will work too!)
Neenah White Solar Cardstock
Papertrey Ink cardstock (purple base)
Craft Mat
Spritz bottle
Paper Towel
Ziploc Bag
Body - C2, C1, C0, C00
Mane/Hair - N6, V17, V15, V12
Hooves - N6
Horn - Y17, Y04
Heart - R43

Now check out the video!

You are my world, my whole universe - Prima and Finnabair exploding box

Hello friends :)

It's Aleksandra with you today again with some fresh Prima and Finnabair inspiration. Those of you who know my work allready, know, that I am absolutely in love with making exploding boxes with miniatures inside. But.... :) believe it or not I never made one with Prima and Finnabair goodies! How is that even possible??!! So today I'm sharing with you my first one. On the outside and inside of the box I tried to recreate the universe, with stars and galaxies and when the box opens there is an earth globe hidden inside of it - like the Earth in the Universe. I also added a plane flying around the world and some map with a heart clock and a pen. I used some gorgeous paper cards from collections Wild&Free and Love clippings to embellish sides of the box. I hope you'll like my project. I'll be so happy to hear your thoughts. :)
